For the the past few days, i got hooked on The Tudors. I've watched the first eight episodes and will continue with the last two episodes later. Sadly, I'm still downloading Season Two.
Damn you, Streamyx.
Being a Henry/Anne shipper, I'm dreading Season Two and contemplating whether or not to watch Season Three. I know a couple of people on my f'list are a fan of the show. So I need your take on this.
Should I or should I not download The Tudors Season Three?
In the meantime, check out this wonderful Henry/Anne fanvid I found on Youtube.

I can't help you on season 3 cause i've only seen some scenes on youtube, but it looks ok. Just not as exciting as the previous two seasons, at least for me!
I enjoyed S3 very much, but I am also a history buff and love that time period. There is a lot of content about the Pilgrimage of Grace. So I still loved the show, even though watching him marry Jane was tough. :-/ Elizabeth returns to court which is bittersweet. I would still recommend S3. Let me know if you do watch it!
Natalie is just superb in her role as does JRM. Their characters really compliment each other and the chemistry just sizzles in every scene. I'm not a history buff and being Asian, the English court is an unfamiliar territory for me. However, I've always been fascinated with it.
I think I will give S3 a try after I'm done with S2, which I have yet to watch as I'm still downloading it. But at the same time, i'm dreading it too.
If you are into reading at all, there is a great book by Alison Weir called "Henry VIII: A King and His Court". It's a great read - not heavy or textbook-like, and it covers the fun facts about court life and also the basic summary of his wives and courtiers.
