I was wondering if anyone can help me with this screen cap:



No matter what I do, because it's so low quality, I can't seem to lighten it up & make it look somewhat decent. Any idea how I can do this without loosing all the detail & without everything blending in?

I'm planning on making an icon using a screencap, which can be found below the cut. You may notice that the animation is very slow. I use VirtualDub, CamStudio, and ImageReady. It's speed is fine when played in vDub, but when opened in ImageReady it's deathly slow, and I can't seem to understand why.

Any ideas on what I can do so the speed isn't like that? I screencap at 40 frames per second, and the time between each frame in ImageReady is set to 0sec. I've tried many things, and I have a headache from all this D:

Any help is very very much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Alright, now that I have put up my main reason for posting, it's time for the random.  I hate being pregnant!  I'm just so over it today, and I'm not quite half way done yet.  I don't find pregnancy to be a wonderful, magical, fun experience at all!  It's uncomfortable, long and hard work.  I can't say this to a lot of people since I get the response of, "but you're bringing a new life into the world and that's a beautiful experience"!  *cue snotty eye roll*  And then there's always the other response of, "well if you don't like being pregnant, why do you keep having babies?"  For me, being pregnant is a means to an end.  I don't like being pregnant, but I love my babies!  Maybe Im biased,but Matt and I make beautiful babies.  However, I don't particularly relish the entre process of getting the beautiful babies. 

Speaking of the beautiful babies, I have a sonogram on Tuesday and we'll (hopefully) be able to find out what this baby is!  I was talking to my Mom yesterday and she told  me, "with your luck, this baby will be your shy one!" lol  I don't know if my last two were shy as we chose not to find out what they were, however, I found out with Hannah and she wasn't shy then, nor has she ever been shy! lol  You know what's funny?  People who think it's cruel to not find out the sex of a baby at the scan, but when you choose to find out with the next pregnancy, then that's also cruel because that means this baby is clearly more of a favorite than the last one.  I actually had someone say that! lol  I'm not sure of the rationale behind that comment, but I am sure that it was the stupidest thing I'd heard in awhile.  I also had someone say to me (about the gender), "I hope it's not a boy!  Having 2 boys and 2 girls would be devastating when 3 girls and only 1 boy would be so much nicer!"  I'm still all like "wtf" with that one!
